Prabu Deva will not act in Thangar's film

Earlier, it was announced that Prabu Deva would act in Thangar Bachan's film after completing Villu. But now, news that Prabu Deva will not be a part of Thangar Bachan's forthcoming movie comes as a huge blow to avid fans of Tamil films, for they know the calibres of these two artists very well and what they are capable of.
It is clearly understandable that Prabu Deva is going through a depressing phase in his life with the recent loss of his son. Hence this multi-faceted personality has decided to stay behind the camera for some time; it is said that he would prefer to direct films rather than act in them. Empathizing with him, Thangar Bachan too did not force him to reconsider his decision.
Meanwhile, Thangar has decided to look for another hero for his upcoming film, which begins at the end of January. Everyone is eager to know what this talented director – who gave us Pallikkoodam and Onbathu Roobai Nottu – will come up with!
