Karunas seeks police protection!

Comedian turned hero Karunas of Ambasamuthiram Ambani fame visited the Police Commissioners office today to lodge a complaint.
The comedian it seems has been threatened by several pro-Sri Lanka Tamil groups as he is planning to go to Kandy in Srilanka with his family for a pilgrimage.
Later speaking to newsmen, Karunas said:"I am getting threatening calls and SMS's from people owing allegiance to Naam Thamizar, asking me not to go to Sri Lanka. It is purely a personal visit as Kandy Kathirkamam Murugan is my Kula Deivam (family deity) and I had taken a vow that I will pray there. I have also some relatives in Sri Lanka, and I will be definitely calling on them.”
